When You Walk In

This may sound corny, but when you walk in the room my heart skips a beat.
It doesn't just skip...it hops, twirls, back flips, and momentarily stops beating all together.

Everything in the room disappeared except your face.

I though I died, but I didn't.
I just fell deeply in love.

Love, it..it has a crazy way of doing that to you.
One moment you're on the couch enjoying your happy, single life
and the next moment you're sad because you can't stop thinking about that person.

I know, I know. We've all been there before, but
the crazy thing is that I feel this way every single time I see you.

Just like clockwork,
every time you walk in...I fall in love again.

When I look at the word BEAUTIFUL in the dictionary, INTELLIGENCE is its synonym .

BEAUTIFULLY; INTELLIGENT

INTELLIGENTLY; BEAUTIFUL

And next to that lies a picture of your face etched in black and white that says; "I am the epitome of beauty "

Your imperfections are perfect, and your flaws are flawless
And in the eye of the beholder you are something to behold.

Your beauty is captivating, but your intelligence is uplifting
and your love, your love can tame a wild man's soul.

This poem goes out to every girl that thinks of herself as undeserving, or unworthy
